Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide. International shipping is at a standard rate of £20.00, UK shipping is at a standard rate of £5.00.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to ship your item within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with all the tracking details once your item has been shipped.

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

UK 3-5 business days

USA 4-6 business days

Europe 5-10 business days

Rest of the World 1-2 weeks

If you need an item for a specific date, please email us for advice on express shipping times. For international shipping, customs can extend the shipping time beyond our control.

Do I have to pay import tax / custom fees? VAT?

If you are an international customer your parcel may be subject to additional import fees. This varies from country to country and is solely your responsibility. For UK customers, VAT is included in all our displayed prices – if you require a VAT invoice, please reach out to us via email.

Are your items authentic?

We have an extensive knowledge on the brands we sell, and the era of our pieces. Everything is carefully inspected from serial numbers to stitch counts prior to being sold. As of 2025, we sell all bags with a third party, verifiable certificate of authenticity. We also offer all of our customers, past and future, a lifetime authenticity guarantee so that you can shop with confidence.

Where are you located? Do you have a physical shop?

We are based in London. We do not have a physical shop or showroom.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. Please check the description, photos and measurements provided prior to purchase. If you require more information or photos of an item, feel free to email us or directly message us on our instagram. If you have any problems with a purchase, please contact us right away and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
